JumpingBox Networks is currently seeking a network support technician. The ideal candidate will have previously worked for an IT/Helpdesk company for 1-3 years and will require a vehicle as onsite service calls will be periodically required.

Resolve issues from NOC dashboard.
Perform, on occasion, after-hours duties when required.
Perform server maintenance.
Log ALL time (billable and non-billable) into work order/ticket system.
Aid in server/workstation deployments.
Perform morning, backup, and afternoon checklists each day.
Create network documentation when required.
Create how-to documentation when required.
